Class Evaluation There were many things I like about this class. Some of the things that I liked were the student success statements and the medical research. I liked the sss because I taught many things about life, how to be a ctr person, and living life a correct and healthy way. I liked the medical research because it exposed us to various careers in the medical field. To add on, the one thing that I really enjoyed was the life planning goals journal. Life planning goals journal helped me keep track on my goals and my life. There were many things that I liked in this class. However, there were a few things that I did not like or enjoy. These things consist of not being able to seat with different people, being able to talk to our partners more, and doing something fun instead of sitting all the time. I would've preferred to meet new people, socialize more with others. Also, get new seats, not the same seats for the whole year. Although,

"A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder." - Thomas Carlyle Without goals in your life, you will have no where to go. Goals that you have set determine where you end up and accomplish. For example, you have a goal to earn straight a's all throughout your freshmen year. What do you do to? You work hard, ask for help, and do whatever you need to to accomplish this. However, if you do not have any goals, you will not have anything to look forward to, nothing to achieve. A person without goals follows a made road, going where every the road takes them. On the other hand a person with goals created their own road, there own pathway. They will do whatever it takes to achieve their goal. It is good to keep a goal journal, somewhere they can write there goals and keep track of the things they accomplished and the ones they still need to. Have goals, create you own path, do not be ship without a rudder.
Trauma Nurse Duties and Responsibilities: They work in the emergency room and responds to the most critical and life threatening cases. Trauma nurses think on their feet and respond quickly to the cases. They must be able to cope with stress and demands of the job. Trauma nurses work in hospitals. Salary: The annual wage for a trauma nurse is $60,000. Education: In order to become a trauma nurse you must acquire all educational requirements. These consists of a basic nursing program ( 2-3 years), bachelor of science is nursing, 1000 clinical hours in emergency unit, licensed and certified. Reflection: The career pathway of a trauma nurse seems a bit interesting. However, I would not like to become one. This job is interesting because they work in the emergency room, where there are critical cases. I would not like to become a trauma nurse because I would not be the one performing the surge
"Do not make wishes, make accomplishments ." - Jennifer Pimentel Over the years, there will be many things you desire to have or be. The only way to get this is to stop wishing and start doing something to make it a reality. Wishing does not make anything become true, they are just thoughts in your heads. Accomplishments however, they are things that you successfully completed, something you accomplished. For example, my sister told me one day, I wish I had a car of my own. So I told her, the get a job, do good in school, get your career, and then you will have enough money to get your car. In addition, when I was younger would tell myself, "I wish I had a dog" so I learned that I had to stop telling myself that and start trying to make it become true. I began bugging my parents and trying to convince them to get me one. Finally, October of 2017 they finally agreed. MEMORIAL DAY Memorial Day is celebrated annually on the last Monday of May. This day is to remember the fallen, those who died serving our country. During Memorial Day 41.5 million Americans plan to travel, 36.6 million will go by car and 3.13 will travel by plane. In addition, 90%+ close their companies on this day. A few ways to show honor and respect on Memorial Day is to wear or display a red poppy, pause at 3 pm, display the U.S. flag, attend a parade, pray for the fallen, and visit a memorial. A red poppy symbolizes the solders who dies in conflict. I plan to honor them by pausing a 3 pm and taking the time to reflect on their sacrifices and all that they've done for this country. I believe that everyone should take the time to be thankful and grateful for all those fallen soldiers who took risked their life to serve this country.
