"Being a C-T-R person isn't always easy, but it's the best person you can be." -  Diana Beltran      Being a CTR person takes time, effort, and dedication. It is not easy, but it is not hard either. When you are a ctr person, you are being the best person you can be. Being the best person you can be means that you are a honest, trust worthy, patients, honorable, brave, friendly, ect. Those who decide to be a CTR person are one of the greatest people in the world. They are surrounded by a lot of people, have an amazing support network, and they have one of the best good conscience ever. For example, If you are not a ctr person, then what other person are you going to be? If you are a good person, then that is not the best person because you know that you can do better than good. If you are a bad person, that is definitely not a good person. No one should be a bad person. You have to give it all you got to be the best person you can be.

It is important to make the right decision and choices in your life because they will determine your future. When making a decision to do something, remember to do the right thing. If your whole life consists of many bad choices then you will not have a great future or support system. However, if you always do what is right, you will have people who support, trust, and respect you and a great reputation. For example, if you had to choose between going to a party with your friends or go to a school meeting, the best and right thing to do is go to the school meeting. Right? Always make the best decision for the well being of yourselves and others. Make sure it is the right thing to do at any given time.

When you choose the wrong you don't gain anything. Your family, friends, teachers, everyone will be disappointed in what you did. For example, in today's video when the teen girl flipped off the judge, she disappointed everyone instead of making them happy. Also, your conscience will never leave you alone because you will always remember what you did. This statements applies to us as students in many ways. For example, if you decide to not do your classwork or homework you do not gain any knowledge and you just wasted your time. When you CTR you gain a lot of good things such as happiness, a good conscience, respect, trust, friends, ect. It is better and worth it to CTR because when you choose the wrong there is noth

                  Recreation Therapist                Duties and Responsibilities:      Recreation therapists' job is to develop a plan a treatment program for those with injuries, disabilities, or illnesses. They evaluate interventions, document and analyze patient's progress, teach patients how to deal with stress, anxiety, or depression. They may work in hospitals, nursing homes, or government parks. Salary:       The median annual salary for a recreation therapist since 2017 is $47,680. Education:      In order to become a    recreation therapist you must acquire all educational requirements. These requirements consist of a bachelor's degree, therapy programs, certification, and internship. Demand or Need:      It is important for a   recreation therapist to have important qualities. "It's a great moment when someone has character to step up and do the right thing at the right time." - Coach Pam Knox.                                                     In this CTR story, there were two softball teams playing against each other. Western Oregon vs Central Washington. When Sarah Tucholsky (a girl on the Western Oregon team) hit a home run, she injured her knee and could not run anymore. If her teammates touched her or helped her they could of had a consequence. So, Liz Wallace and Mallory Holtman, girls on the Central Washington team stepped up and asked if they can help her. They said yes. So, they carried Sarah and made a home run. Everyone was touched by what they had done and happy as well. What Liz and Mallory did was an incredible act, they knew that her team could not help her so they did. They did not care if they lost or won or got hate for what they did because it was worth it at the end. The two women chose the right and they had no idea how

Radiologic  technologist duty is to make sure to protect patients, position the equipment correctly, keep patients records, prepare the patients for procedures, and more.                                      CHEF                                                                 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      Their job is to check the freshness of food and ingredients. They make sure to supervise and coordinate activities, develop recipes, and order and maintain food supplies. Chefs hire and train new cooks and inspect supplies and other food.   SALARY:      The median annual salary for a chef since 2011 was $46,600. EDUCATION:      In order to become a chef you must acquire all educational requirements. These requirements consist of 1-5 years of experience, certification, Culinary arts degree field, High school diploma or equivalent.                            X-Ray Technician                                                            Duties and Responsibilities:      X-ray technicians have many duties and responsibilities they must complete each day. They help maintain equipment, follow procedures and orders, protect patients when x-ray is being taken. There job is to take x-rays on patients to diagnose them.      "A promise must never be broken." - Alexander Hamilton                                     Promises should never be broken. There is no valid excuse or reason to for someone to break their word. Promises mean a lot to some people and they want people to hold on to them. Personally, promises do not have any meaning to me and I do not like to make promises. A really long time ago, someone made me a promise and that promise meant a lot to me. Soon enough, the promise was broken. Now, promises are just word without meaning. That's why I prefer actions over words.        Many people make promises and those who keep the promises are trust worthy people. There are many reason why some people might break a promise, it might be because they couldn't keep it in anymore, they're untrustworthy people, or they can't handle something as simple as a promise. When you do a good thing, you would not get arrested for it. Instead, you will be happy and make a person day. There are more benefits if you show goodness and badness. For example, you rob a store because you saw something that you like. Where are you going to end up for doing that? In jail. However, if you are doing something good for either yourself or someone else and buy an ice cream for a person who is short in change, there day is going to go from sad to happy in less than a second. Doing bad is easy to do because it is wrong and doing good is hard to do because it right. Although, it should be the other way around. Always do good because "decision determine destiny".     

                                  Psychologist                                           Duties and Responsibilities:      They observe, interpret, and record cognitive, emotional, and social processes. Psychologist work with patients to determine how they relate to one another and their environment. They work on their own or as a team. They may work with students, parents, teachers, at a school, or other educators. Salary:      The median annual salary for a psychologist since 2015 is $72,580. Education:      In order to become a psychologist you must acquire all educational requirements. These requirements consists of an internship, a doctoral degree in psychology, master's degree, and license.  Demand or Need:      It is important for a psychologist to have these qualities.      There are many things that I did over my spring break. During my spring break I watched a lot of Netflix and Hulu. I also went to Tijuana, the park, and the movie theater. When I was in TJ, I did make a new friend and met new people. On my break I watched the movie Love Simon, It was a very good movie and it was just amazing. I watched shows as well such as On my Block, 11.22.63, and The Good Doctor. Over my break I did have many CTR experiences. For example, I was responsible for my choices and duties at home, I made sure I had good manners, and at TJ I help many people. I help this kind man set up his station and I help this women pick up the trash. Another thing I did was homework, I had to write an essay for English, Bio-med homework, and health homework. That sums up all I did this spring break. It was a bit boring, but I loved sleeping late and waking up late.
